There are releatively few complaints about them in uk.telecom.broadband,
apart fro the dreadful transparent proxy server. Choice of ISPs for the
home service is still quite limited, mainly because of BTIgnite's
pricing policy making it impossible for any other ISPs to sell at the
same price as Openworld and make a profit. Openworld is making a loss on
the home USB service, but that doesn't matter to BT because Ignite
should be making plenty.

With the exception of Freeserve, who also use a transparent proxy
(although it has to be better than BT's) the other ISPs charge at least
